Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in financial operations, client services, or a related role within brokerage or financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial transactions and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Withdrawals: receive and review client withdrawal requests and verify information.
• Withdrawal processing: process withdrawals through brokerage systems and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Compliance and security: ensure transactions meet regulatory requirements and monitor for fraud.
• Client communication: update clients on withdrawal status and respond to inquiries.
• Record keeping and reporting: maintain records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports; assist audits.
• Process improvement and training: identify efficiency opportunities and participate in training.
• Team collaboration: work with colleagues to implement best practices and enhancements.
