Job summary

Doo is seeking a Funding Executive (Withdrawal) on a shift rotation basis to manage client withdrawal requests, verify documentation, and process transactions in our financial systems. You will ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The role requires a finance-related degree, 3–4 years in financial operations or client services, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 3–4 years’ experience in financial operations or client services.
• Strong understanding of financial transactions and regulatory compliance.
• Fluency in English and attention to detail.
• Shift work availability and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review client withdrawal requests.
• Verify client information and ensure documentation is complete.
• Process withdrawals through financial systems and coordinate with departments.
• Ensure transactions comply with regulatory requirements and policies.
• Monitor for potential fraud or suspicious activity and report as necessary.
• Communicate withdrawal status to clients and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Assist audits and participate in process improvements and training.
• Collaborate with team to implement best practices.
