Outsourced in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a skilled Full Stack Developer to join the IT team. You will design, develop, and maintain in-house web applications using .NET and modern front-end frameworks, ensuring integration with enterprise systems and ERP tools.

You will contribute to code quality, documentation, CI/CD, and security compliance, collaborating with business units to deliver robust solutions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web/intranet-based applications in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in .NET 5+ / .NET 6 / .NET 7, ASP.NET Core, MVC, C#, T-SQL, Entity Framework, RESTful APIs, and Web API development.
• Experience with modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, including services like Azure Functions, Azure App Services, and Azure SQL Database.
• Experience with SQL Server, including SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles in software development.
• Be motivated, independent, and self-sufficient, able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.
• Have a strong programming background including authoring well-written, well-documented, modular, and clean code.
• Be organised, a good communicator, able to effectively prioritise tasks, and manage projects from concept to production.
• Able to write thorough and concise functional and design specifications as well as easily readable enduser documentation.
• Must be able to multitask and quickly adapt to change.
• Experience with workflow automation tools like Nintex or Power Automate is desirable (training will be provided).
• Experience with cloud-native services and microservices architecture is highly desirable.
• Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment and familiarity with Power BI is a plus.

• Manage end-user system requirements, ensuring that user needs are clearly defined, documented, and met within project scope.
• Maintain source code repositories, ensuring proper version control, code reviews, and collaboration practices are followed to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Perform code quality analysis using tools such as SonarQube, ensuring adherence to best practices and identifying areas for improvement in code quality and maintainability.
• Adhere to organisational policies and procedures, including the implementation and management of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) to ensure security compliance.

Jobbeschreibung

This position is responsible for working in conjunction with the development and infrastructure team members to ensure that development operational duties and projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve system issues. These responsibilities will be completed under the supervision of the Applications Manager and the IT development team.

• Develop documentation as well as user training guides.
• To assist in the definition of appropriate terms and references for new projects.

• In conjunction with the Senior Analyst, achieve project targets and deadlines within budgets.
• To report internally on project progress and quality of work (including the adequacy of documentation) and take any necessary corrective action within his/her limits of authority.
• To maintain awareness of IT technologies available and to research and recommend those appropriate to the needs of the Client.
• To review user management, their usage of systems to ensure a satisfactory standard of efficiency is being obtained. Where this is not the case, to recommend actions to rectify the situation.
• Maintain a high order for morale and motivation through a program of performance appraisal and personal involvement.
