Job summary

Always Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled full stack developer to design and deliver high-quality solutions for in-house field force automation platforms, including RetailAIM and SpotForce, across mobile and desktop environments.

You will join an Agile team, build responsive web apps with maintainable code, write tests, troubleshoot performance, and push for continuous improvement using the latest technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field (or equivalent practical experience and training).
• At least 1-3 years of hands-on web development experience in a production environment.
• Strong proficiency in React.JS, Vue.JS, C#, .NET (preferably .NET Core), ASP.NET, HTML and CSS.
• Solid experience with SQL, Azure SQL (database design, querying, optimization).
• Working knowledge of Git for version control and familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure cloud environment (e.g., App Services, Functions, storage, deployment pipelines).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach and strong sense of ownership.
