Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Penta Consultancy Sdn. Bhd is seeking a .NET Developer to join our Kuala Lumpur team. You will build software using the .NET stack, work with colleagues on large, complex applications, and ensure code quality and performance.

You will reformulate existing code to adhere to guidelines, debug issues, and test outputs for correctness. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and strong communication are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in software engineering or computer science.
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer.
• 2+ years in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core and MS SQL.
• Experience with MVC, HTML5, CSS, jQuery; Redis preferred.
• Familiar with AngularJS, ReactJS or VueJS; REST APIs.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies; source control practices.

• Utilizing Microsoft's .NET infrastructure to create software solutions that meet clients' requirements
  
• Collaborating with coworkers to facilitate the creation of large, complex developments, as required
  
• Reformulating existing code to ensure adherence to stipulated guidelines
  
• Checking your code to detect and remedy errors and omissions
  
• Testing your outputs to ensure that they are in excellent working order
  
• Ensuring that outputs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging
  
• Keep abreast of technological advancement, emerging standards, and new software or hardware solutions that may affect decisions on systems building or enhancements
  
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges in real-time
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in software engineering or computer science
  
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
  
• Minimum of 2 years of development experience C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core & MS SQL
  
• Server & Development experience with MVC architecture, HTML5, CSS, jQuery and Redis is preferred
  
• Good understanding of AngularJS, ReactJS or VueJS
  
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
  
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
  
• Have an understanding of Source Control tools and related practices like IT
  
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
