The position focuses on maintaining inventory records, processing documentation, and supporting efficient warehousing and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems, strong Excel skills, excellent data accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience using warehouse management systems or equivalent software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Record and update inventory in the warehouse management system.
• Process goods receipts, shipments and returns with documentation.
• Perform regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse records including invoices and delivery notes.
• Assist with organisation and labelling of goods within the warehouse.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor stock levels and report to management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and warehouse procedures.
• Support admin tasks and data entry for warehouse operations.
• Liaise with transport and logistics regarding shipments and deliveries.
