Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule warehouse operations including receiving, storage and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock locations.
• Liaise with transport providers and customers to arrange shipments.
• Ensure safety protocols and SOP adherence by warehouse staff.
• Prepare shipping documentation and delivery notes.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to customers.
• Identify and recommend improvements to logistics processes.
• Support quality control measures before dispatch.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan logistics.
