Job summary

The Baking Chemist Bakery is hiring for a Full-Time Baking & Packing Crew in Subang Jaya. You will roll out, shape and bake dough following our recipes, while keeping the kitchen clean and organized. This role supports busy periods during festive seasons and requires weekend availability.

Work hours are 9am–6pm, five days a week with Sundays off and one weekday off. Prior baking experience is a plus, but we provide on‑the‑job training and aim to help you grow in a friendly bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in English.
• Able to work Saturdays.
• Able to commit to at least 6 months after probation.
• Comfortable standing for long hours in a warm kitchen, with occasional lifting.
• Reliable, punctual and happy to follow instructions.
• Baking or F&B experience is a plus, but not required.

5 days a week, 9am - 6pm (with a 1-hour meal break)

Monday to Saturday with one weekday off; Sundays off

What you're looking for

Able to communicate in English

Baking or F&B experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train you.

Food handler certificate and typhoid vaccination are a plus. We can help you get them.

Dress code

Dri-fit shirt, long pants and covered-toe shoes. Outside shoes aren't worn in the kitchen.

RM1,700 - RM2,000 per month, depending on experience
