Job summary

FirePitz Group is seeking an experienced bakery professional to prepare and bake a range of breads and pastries daily. You will follow precise recipes, monitor proofs and oven times, and ensure high visual quality in every product.

The role requires early morning shifts, strong hygiene, and the ability to maintain clean equipment and workspaces. Staff meals, uniforms, and statutory contributions are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial baking, pastry, or sourdough preparation.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient scaling, and oven control.
• High attention to detail, shape, and visual consistency.
• Able to handle physical kitchen work.
