TZ GLORY SDN BHD is recruiting a Bakery Operator to join our fast-paced production team in Kajang. You will operate industrial baking equipment, measure and mix dough, and help ensure consistent bread quality while meeting daily targets.

We value attention to detail, reliability, and safety compliance in a busy environment. The role includes early shifts, possible overtime on weekends or public holidays, and a six-month probation period.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume bakery or related setting.
• Proficiency with mixers, dough sheeters, proofers and ovens.
• Strong understanding of fermentation and baking variables.
• Ability to stand long shifts and perform repetitive lifting.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends or public holidays.
• Permanent position with six-month probation.

You will operate industrial baking equipment to produce large batches of high-quality bread and baked goods daily. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment, possesses strong attention to detail, and is committed to meeting tight production schedules while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Measure, weigh, mix, knead, fold, and proof dough according to established recipes and schedules

Divide, shape, score, and bake bread products using commercial ovens, provers, and mixers

Follow daily production targets, manage schedules, and coordinate with packing or front-of-house staff

Maintain clean workspaces and adhere to local food safety guidelines

About you

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume commercial bakery, food manufacturing plant, or central kitchen, or entry-level apprentice

Proficiency with commercial mixers, dough sheeters, proofers, and ovens

Strong understanding of fermentation and baking variables

Ability to stand for long shifts, perform repetitive lifting of ingredients, and work comfortably in a hot production environment

Willingness to work early morning, overtime work during weekends, or public holidays

Permanent position, subject to a probationary period of six (6) months from start date
