Job summary

BEHEALTH MEDIC SDN. BHD. in Shah Alam is seeking a dedicated full set accountant to manage end-to-end accounting functions, CTOS matters, and statutory compliance from our office in Selangor.

You will handle AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation, prepare monthly statements and P&L reports, process E-Invoices, and liaise with auditors and authorities. A proactive, detail-oriented professional will thrive here, with competitive benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Accounting/finance qualification (certificate/diploma/degree) required.
• Experience handling CTOS and credit control advantageous.
• Proficient in AutoCount or similar accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and P&L reports.
• Process E-Invoice and ensure LHDN compliance.
• Manage CTOS-related processes.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and authorities.
• Basic understanding of Malaysian taxation, auditing, and company secretarial practices.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented FULL SET ACCOUNTto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing full set accounting functions and handling CTOS-related matters efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation

Prepare monthly financial statements and P&Lreports

Handle E-Invoice processing and compliance in accordance with LHDN requirements.

Manage CTOS-related processes.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities

Basic understanding of Malaysia taxation,auditing, and company secretarial pratices.

Any other ad-hoc jobs in relation from time to time as assigned.

Perform any other ad hoc tasks or assignments as directed by the management.

Requirements

Accounting / Finance Certificate, Diploma or Degree

Experience handling CTOS and credit control matters will be an added advantage

Proficient in accounting software(AutoCount).

Working Days:MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM-6PM & SATURDAY 9AM-1PM
