Job summary

V ID CONTRACT SDN BHD is seeking an Account Executive (Full Set Account - Project Based Exposure). The candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance and have at least 2 years of full set accounting experience.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (SQL, AutoCount, Excel, Word) is required, with the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include handling full set accounts (AP, AR, GL), preparing bank reconciliations and management reports, invoicing

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years full set accounting experience.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (SQL, AutoCount, Excel, Word).
• Able to work independently and handle full set of accounts with minimal supervision.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts (AP, AR, GL) independently.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial records & reporting.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation & management reports.
• Manage client invoicing.
• Process supplier payments, subcontractor payments and staff reimbursements payments.
• Monitor cash flow, payment scheduling and funding requirements.
• Prepare audit & tax schedules for year-end closing.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary & banker.
• Ensure submission & payments are compliant with SST and any government statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper filing of assets, payment vouchers, receipts and invoices.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Full Set Account - Project Based Exposure)

Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years full set accounting experience.

Proficient in accounting software & Microsoft Office (SQL, AutoCount, Excel, Words etc.)

Good skills, meticulous and attentive to details.

Able to work independently and handle full set of accounts with minimal supervision.

Able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.

To perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Language proficiency: English, B. Melayu or any dialect languages.

Experience in project-based industry is an advantage.

Able to start immediately or within short notice is an advantage.
