Job summary

AL AiN IT Consultants Sdn Bhd is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for the Greater Kuala Lumpur area. This full-time, on-site role will manage end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical positions, coordinating interviews and advising managers on selection strategies.

You will source candidates, screen applications, conduct interviews, maintain records, and support employer branding to attract top talent in a fast-paced IT environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have strong graduate recruitment and full-cycle hiring experience.
• Consulting skills to advise hiring managers on talent needs and market trends.
• Structured interviewing skills to assess competencies and fit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and teams.
• Experience recruiting for technology/IT roles is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous recruitment documentation.
