• At least 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
• Proficient in full cycle recruiting with diverse interview techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset.
• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong team player with collaborative mindset.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned clients, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
• Utilize sourcing techniques and tools (job boards, social media, databases) to attract top talent.
• Research industry trends to provide clients with salary benchmarks and hiring insights.
• Collaborate with clients to understand recruitment needs, culture, and business goals.
• Guide and support junior recruitment consultants to develop sourcing and client management skills.
