AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Consultant in KL Sentral to manage full lifecycle recruitment.

You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates while building strong client relationships and expanding the company’s portfolio. The role emphasizes communication, multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and achieving performance targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working toward performance-based targets.
• Good command of English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Source candidates via job portals, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews to assess fit.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current/future roles.
• Understand client needs and hiring requirements to deliver recruitment solutions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct business development to identify new opportunities and grow the client portfolio.
• Manage client vacancies and ensure timely submission of suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interview and offer processes between clients and candidates.
• Maintain recruitment records in the CRM system.
