Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Previous front desk experience in a hotel, spa, or wellness center is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other languages an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and service-oriented.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Work Schedule

• Morning shift: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
