Qualifications

• 3 years working experience in front office or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communications in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally.
• Good organizational skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work flexible hours - shift work.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service to Members and guests.
• Greet and attend to Members' needs and inquiries.
• Taking and recording bookings as received.
• Coordinate and follow-up with various departments on all other work related matters.
• Any other related assignments pertaining to general Front-Office duties.
