Belum Rainforest Resort in Pulau Banding, Perak, is seeking a Front Office Assistant to greet guests, manage check-in/out and handle guest inquiries. You will assist with room and boat transfer bookings, maintain guest records, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

The role involves answering calls, emails and providing information on resort facilities and local rainforest attractions, while handling billing and daily shift handovers in a busy resort

Guest Services: Greet guests upon arrival, complete registration and check-in/check-out procedures accurately, and handle guest feedback or requests professionally.

Reservations & Inquiries: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist guests with room and boat transfer bookings. Provide information on resort facilities, packages, and surrounding rainforest attractions.

Administrative Support: Maintain accurate guest records, manage daily shift handovers, and handle billing, cash floats, and credit card transactions according to resort policies.

Department Coordination: Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and guest issues are resolved promptly.
