Job summary

ERODE AMMAN MESS in Johor Bahru is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the service team during daily operations, welcome customers, take orders, and ensure timely service.

You will coordinate between wait staff and kitchen, handle feedback and complaints professionally, maintain dining area cleanliness, monitor staff performance, and assist the restaurant manager.

Previous F&B experience preferred; training can be provided; must be flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
