Job summary

You will lead front-of-house, mentor junior crews, liaise between floor and kitchen teams for smooth communication, manage inventory, and uphold guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the F&B outlet / Kopitiam / Restaurant industry.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to speak Mandarin to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily ops: train crews, coordinate with kitchen, handle customer feedback and inventory.
• Work at a non-halal outlet in Genting Highlands.
• Lead front-of-house, mentor crews and raise service standards to shape guest experience!
• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth operations and service standards.
• Train and supervise junior service crews.
• Liaising between the floor crew members and kitchen teams to ensure efficient communication and service coordination.
• Handle customer feedback, inventory, and maintain service quality standards.
