Job summary

Perodua 3S Setapak is seeking a friendly Receptionist / Customer Service representative in Kuala Lumpur. You will greet customers on arrival, handle inquiries via phone and WhatsApp, assist with basic questions, and follow up with those who miss appointments to ensure a smooth, professional service experience.

Ideal candidates are punctual, reliable, and able to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00am–4:30pm. Basic salary ranges from RM1,700 to RM2,300 with monthly incentives and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.

2. REQUIREMENTS

• Able to work Monday – Saturday, full day.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is an advantage.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Punctual and responsible with good attendance.
• Preferably staying around Setapak / Gombak / Wangsa Maju / Sentul.

4. EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

Location: Perodua 3S Setapak
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Basic Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,300 (based on experience)
Monthly Incentive: Up to RM700.00
Uniform: Uniform Shirt Provided
