Job summary

MEDIWIRA GROUP HOLDINGS SDN.BHD. is seeking a friendly clinic receptionist to manage patient flow, appointments, and registrations. You will handle inquiries via phone and WhatsApp, maintain accurate patient records, and process payments in a fast-paced dental/clinic setting.

Fresh graduates are welcome. The role requires good communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a welcoming team environment with training provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-ups.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to WhatsApp inquiries.
• Handle patient records and ensure information is updated accurately.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
