Synergy Dining Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager in Bandar Sunway, Selangor. The role leads the front desk and reception team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and seamless operations, reflecting our hospitality standards.

You will supervise guest check-in/out, manage reservations, and ensure accurate occupancy records while upholding service excellence in a dynamic, full-time environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in front desk or guest services management in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Proficiency with hotel management systems and reservation software.
• Outstanding customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records and transactions.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the front desk team: scheduling, training, performance management.
• Oversee check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and care.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Manage room availability and occupancy records.
• Monitor front desk systems, including reservations and communications tools.
• Ensure health, safety, and security compliance at the front desk.
• Generate occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback reports.
