Job summary

Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Front Office Host to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a luxury hotel environment. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, and support the smooth operation of the Front Office within the Rooms Division.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Malaysian citizens or permanent residents with hospitality education are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident due to work permit restrictions.
• Degree/diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management preferred.
• Experience as a Host or Front Office Assistant in luxury hotels preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Professional appearance and demeanour; ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organization and multitasking.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, consistent service to guests at the Front Office.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and guest enquiries.
• Contribute to smooth and efficient Front Office operations within Rooms Division.
