Job summary

IKAN Glampsite in Bukit Tinggi (Bentong) is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome guests and handle inquiries via walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, and the website. You will manage bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently and provide accurate information on treatments, packages, memberships, and promotions.

Coordinate with management, housekeeping, and vendors to ensure smooth reservations, address feedback promptly, and maintain a clean, welcoming lobby.

Qualifications

• Minimum SP M; Diploma in Hotel Management, Marketing, or Business Administration encouraged.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa; Mandarin a bonus.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.

About You

Passionate about developing domestic tourism and the hospitality sector

Minimum SPM; Diploma in Hotel Management, Marketing, or Business Administration encouraged

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is preferred

Able to exercise good judgment and make decisions independently without constantly relying on supervisors.

Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Multitasking, creative, hardworking, and a good team player

Willing to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and collaborative environment
