Job summary

Lotuss Stores Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Fresh Manager to oversee daily operations of the fresh department, including produce, meat, seafood and bakery, ensuring product quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise fresh department teams, manage stock and merchandising, train staff on food safety and service, monitor sales against targets, and address customer inquiries to ensure a great shopping experience.

• Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as needed to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

• Train and guide department staff on food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.
• Monitor sales performance and assist in meeting departmental targets.
• Address customer inquiries and provide resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
