Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business admin or related field.
• 5+ years in a management role within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record in business development and achieving revenue growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Oversee daily freight forwarding and logistics operations ensuring service excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing branch team and promote accountability.
