Job summary

Excel Freight Management Sdn Bhd in Senai, Johor, is hiring a Customer Service representative for our forwarding and shipping operations. You will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring freight and cargo requirements are met with accuracy and professionalism.

The role covers handling inquiries, preparing quotes, coordinating shipments, liaising with partners, maintaining records, and supporting the sales team. Fluent Bahasa and English are advantageous; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service within freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics.
Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and cargo handling is advantageous.
Excellent communication in Bahasa and English is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming client enquiries related to freight forwarding and shipping.
Provide quotations and pricing information for freight forwarding and shipping services.
Process and coordinate shipments, including documentation and bookings.
Liaise with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain records of client communications, shipment status, and transactions.
Resolve client complaints promptly and escalate when needed.
