Job summary

Prestige Kinetic is seeking a detail-oriented freight billing coordinator in Bayan Lepas, Penang. You will validate freight bills, manage rates, and review invoices in the system to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will collaborate with business operations and LSPs to resolve billing issues, prepare monthly freight analysis reports, and support BPO processes including issuance and tracking. Fresh graduates with relevant degree are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree with one year experience in supply chain, logistics or transportation.
Fresh graduates with a degree in supply chain or logistics are welcome to apply.
Detail-oriented with the ability to perform freight billing validation in system and manually.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Handle freight billing validation and rates management
Review freight invoices in system
Work with business operations and Logistic Service Providers (LSPs) to resolve freight billing issues
Prepare monthly freight analysis report
Publish freight report to end users in the timely and accurate manner
Handle freight BPO management, including BPO issuance and tracking
