Job summary

StackMotion is seeking an experienced Freelance Recruitment Partner to support large-scale hiring across Malaysia and the Philippines. This is for an independent contractor with an existing talent network, not a recruitment agency, and involves tech, Web3, fintech, and e-commerce roles.

Ideal candidates will source and screen candidates, build pipelines, coordinate interviews, and deliver timely progress updates while managing high-volume recruitment projects.

Qualifications

• Independent recruiter with own candidate database and network in Malaysia and/or the Philippines.
• Proven track record recruiting for tech/Web3/fintech/e-commerce companies.
• Experience with high-volume or large-scale recruitment projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results within agreed timelines.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates for technical, operational, commercial, and leadership roles.
• Leverage existing candidate database and professional network to accelerate recruitment.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline across Malaysia and the Philippines.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support high-volume recruitment while maintaining candidate quality.
• Provide regular recruitment progress updates and candidate shortlists.
