StackMotion is seeking an experienced Freelance Recruitment Partner to support large-scale hiring across Malaysia and the Philippines. This is for an independent contractor with an existing talent network, not a recruitment agency, and involves tech, Web3, fintech, and e-commerce roles.

Ideal candidates will source and screen candidates, build pipelines, coordinate interviews, and deliver timely progress updates while managing high-volume recruitment projects.

Qualifications

• Independent recruiter with own candidate database and network in Malaysia and/or the Philippines.
• Proven track record recruiting for tech/Web3/fintech/e-commerce companies.
• Experience with high-volume or large-scale recruitment projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results within agreed timelines.

We are specifically seeking an independent recruitment professional, not a recruitment agency, who has an established talent network and an existing, actively maintained candidate database.

The ideal candidate has proven experience recruiting for high-performing technology companies, Web3 businesses, fintech platforms, and e-commerce organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates for various technical, operational, commercial, and leadership positions.
• Leverage an existing candidate database and professional network to accelerate recruitment.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate qualifications, experience, and suitability.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across Malaysia and the Philippines.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support high-volume recruitment initiatives while maintaining candidate quality.
• Provide regular recruitment progress updates and candidate shortlists.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an independent recruiter, freelance talent acquisition specialist, or recruitment consultant.
• Must have an existing candidate database and established talent network in Malaysia and/or the Philippines.
• Strong recruitment background in high-performing technology companies, Web3, fintech, or e-commerce businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to source and place high-quality candidates across multiple roles and seniority levels.
• Experience managing high-volume or large-scale recruitment projects.
• Strong understanding of the technology talent market and competitive hiring landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results within agreed timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships with talent from leading technology companies, startups, Web3 organizations, and major e-commerce platforms.
• Experience recruiting for software engineering, product management, UI/UX design, marketing, business development, operations, and executive roles.
• Proven track record of successful placements and fast turnaround times.
• Access to an active network of passive candidates who may be open to new opportunities.

Engagement Terms

This is strictly a freelance / independent contractor opportunity, not a full-time employment position.

We are open to discussing a mutually beneficial arrangement based on recruitment capacity, candidate network, and expected hiring volume.

Specific terms, compensation structure, deliverables, and contractual agreements will be discussed with shortlisted partners.
