Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Freelance E-commerce Merchandising Executive to manage product listings and create graphics across platforms including websites, eBay, Amazon, and marketplaces. You will write clear English, edit descriptions, and ensure listings are accurate and appealing.

The role combines listing management with graphic design tasks such as creating banners, infographics, and promotional content, supporting marketing content updates across social channels.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of design software (Photoshop/Canva).
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and online product listings.
• Clear written English.
• Experience with product specifications and images.
• Knowledge of Shopify is an advantage.
• Experience with AI image/design tools is an advantage.
• Able to manage multiple products and tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Create and update product listings on Shopify and other online marketplaces.
• Write and edit product titles, descriptions, specifications, and key features.
• Upload and organise product images, prices, SKUs, and product information.
• Check product information for accuracy before publishing.
• Update existing listings when product details, prices, or images change.
• Assist with website banners, collections, promotions, and other e-commerce content.
• Create and edit product images for e-commerce websites.
• Prepare clean product images for online listings.
• Create lifestyle and room-setting images to showcase products.
• Design product infographics, feature images, and dimension images.
• Create website banners, promotional graphics, and campaign materials.
• Optimise images for Shopify and online marketplaces.

Freelance E-commerce Merchandising Executive

We are looking for an E-Commerce Product Listing & Graphic Design Executive to support our online stores, mainlyBathroom Republic andNes Home across multiple platforms such as Websites, EBAY, Amazon, B&Q and many other marketplaces. (Bathroomrepublic.co.uk and neshome.co.uk)

The role focuses on creating and updating product listings, preparing product images and graphics, and ensuring our online stores look professional, accurate, and consistent. This role also assists our marketing team to update content on their social media sites

Job Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and online product listings.
• Able to write clear and simple English.
• Comfortable working with product specifications and images.
• Knowledge of Shopify is an advantage.
• Experience with AI image/design tools is an advantage.
