Job summary

Korn Ferry Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join the RPO team, supporting a global leader in PR, communications and marketing. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio and partner with hiring managers across APAC.

This permanent, hybrid role offers regional exposure, opportunities to shape hiring strategies, use data-driven sourcing and build talent pipelines across six markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in in-house Talent Acquisition, RPO or agency environments.
• Experience recruiting across PR, communications, advertising, marketing, digital or creative industries is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with senior leaders across multiple countries.
• Experience using LinkedIn Talent Insights and market intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across PR and related roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across APAC to understand hiring priorities.
• Proactively source and engage talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches and direct sourcing.
• Leverage market insights to develop data-driven sourcing strategies and salary benchmarks.
• Maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles across APAC markets.
• Provide consultative recruitment advice and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and comply with processes.
