Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze fraudulent trends and patterns to mitigate risk.
• Document investigations with high confidentiality.
• Train and mentor new agents and create training materials.
• Analyze fraud patterns and update detection models.
• Provide solutions to mitigate fraudulent activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to report trends and gaps.
• Support continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
