Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is hiring for a Fraud Investigation role. You will review complex cases, analyze fraud patterns, and document investigations while maintaining strict confidentiality. You will train new agents and develop upskilling plans, then work with stakeholders to report trends and enhance systems.

The role requires a Diploma or higher degree and strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills in English and the local market language.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher degree in any field required; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and local market language.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze complex situations to identify fraudulent patterns.
• Document investigations comprehensively and maintain confidentiality.
• Train and mentor newly hired agents with upskilling plans.
• Analyze fraud patterns, update models to counter new vectors.
• Provide solutions to mitigate fraudulent activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to report trends and system gaps.
• Support continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
