Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Franchise Management & Relationship lead to oversee franchisee relationships, provide operational guidance, and ensure brand standards across stores. You will monitor performance, support new openings, and drive training and marketing initiatives to grow the business.

The role requires travel to franchise locations and strong communication with internal teams to deliver consistent store performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B franchise management or multi-outlet operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse store performance and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and act as primary contact.
• Provide operational guidance to ensure brand standards, SOPs and business requirements.
• Monitor performance, follow up on issues, and develop improvement plans.
• Support new store openings including pre-opening prep, training and launches.
• Provide training, marketing support, and business development guidance to franchisees.
