Responsibilities
- Establish Franchise Policies and Standards: Develop nationwide unified franchise operation standards based on corporate strategy and market demand. Develop implementation plans for these standards, monitor the implementation process, collect feedback regularly, and continuously improve and iterate the standards.
- Improve Franchise Transaction Processes: Analyze the current status of franchise transaction processes, identify pain points and improvement opportunities. Continuously iterate franchise processes to ensure smoothness and efficiency. Monitor process execution and adjust promptly to respond to market changes.
- Research and analyze franchise practices in different regions, extract best practices, and continuously optimize franchise customer operation models and standards.
- Optimize Franchise Operation Tools and Platforms: In conjunction with customer value creation, promote the development of tools and platforms such as franchise service platforms, continuously optimize tool functions and user experience to ensure they can help frontline staff improve franchise efficiency and success rates.
- Empower Franchise Operation Capabilities: Combine best practice extraction with the accumulation of processes/tools/platforms to empower franchise operation capabilities across all operating units nationwide.
- Nationwide Expansion Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor the nationwide store expansion status, regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the company's entire expansion chain, and provide improvement suggestions.
- Market Trend Analysis: Pay attention to the development trends of the retail industry and market and adjust franchise expansion standards and processes in a timely manner to adapt to market changes.
- Business Transformation Participation: Deeply participate in key projects such as business district planning and site selection changes.
Job Requirements
- Capability Building: Possesses strategic and customer needs insight and can promote the professional capability building of the franchise operation segment based on the company's strategic planning.
- Trend Insight: Has a comprehensive understanding of the development trends in the franchise operation field, can form profound judgments, and drive the company's capability iteration.
- Change Management: Drives the extraction, transformation, testing, and implementation of capabilities in the franchise operation segment through the improvement of individual and team professionalism.
- Relationship Building: Achieves good relationships with internal colleagues and external franchisees through professional influence and personal charisma.
Key Experience Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in the franchise operation industry, familiar with the end-to-end process loop of the corresponding business area.
- Extensive practical and successful experience in franchise process architecture.
- Practical experience in franchise expansion of chain retail enterprises such as tea beverage chains and 7‑Eleven are preferred.
