• Oversee day-to-day forwarding operations to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate team activities and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Liaise with customers to address enquiries and feedback.
• Support business development and tender activities to meet targets.
• Oversee import/export documentation and shipping compliance.
• Identify efficiency improvements to enhance service quality.
