Job summary

Integrated Cold Chain Logistics Sdn. Bhd. (ICCL) in Penang seeks a warehouse operator to manage documentation, reporting and backup for day-to-day warehouse operations.

You will update inventory transactions in the WMS, prepare daily to monthly reports, support month-end closings, handle emails and filing, and assist in cycle counts and other clerical tasks as required by the supervisor. Familiarity with inventory software and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in documentation and inventory management software.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and inventory software.
• Time management and ability to work in a fast pace environment.
• Able to work well with others and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Update inventory transactions in WMS.
• Prepare and send daily, weekly and monthly reports to customer as required.
• Prepare monthly billing report.

• Carry out other clerical duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

The warehouse operator responsible to handle the warehouse documentations, report and backup for warehouse operation.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Update inventory transaction in WMS.
• Prepare and send daily, weekly and monthly report to customer if required.
• Prepare monthly billing report.
• Respond on month end closing.
• Respond email / call and general filling.
• Planning and arrange cycle count activity.
• To perform other clerical duties as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
• Prepare on reports to be submitted to superior.
• Backup of arrange external warehouse activity such as operation.

Qualifications

SPM, Diploma or equivalent is prefer or fresh graduate.

Knowledge / Experience

• Experience in documentation, inventory management software.
• Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• Knowledge in clerical are advantages
• Time management and able to adapt to fast pace environment
• Able to work well with others
• Able to communicate effectively with the team and internal department.
