Hirehub Group in Malaysia seeks a Food Research & Development professional to research consumer markets, develop production applications, and run trials for new products in Pasir Gudang, Johor. You will ensure compliance with quality and food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, HALAL), perform shelf life studies, and support continuous improvement with manufacturing teams.

A Bachelor’s degree is required; experience in food manufacturing preferred; willing to work at Tanjung

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical and Bio-process or related field.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing preferred.
• Willing to work in Tanjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang Johor area.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct research on current consumer markets and latest technologies for new development.
• Establish production applications and lead trial runs with reports.
• Ensure products comply with existing technical and quality procedures.
• Conduct shelf life studies on new products.
• Ensure effective implementation of Quality Management and food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, HALAL).
• Lead in the absence of the R&D Assistant Manager.

Our client specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of food ingredients, seasonings, sauces, and customized food solutions for the food service and food manufacturing industries. They determine anddevelop tailored seasoning and flavour solutions for customers in Malaysia and selected export markets.

Job Responsibilities

• To conduct research on current consumer markets and latest technologies available for new development.
• To establish production application
• Responsible in conduct trial run and prepare trial report analysis; conduct product evaluation and testing.
• To ensure the process of product complies with existing technical and quality procedure.
• To conduct shelf life study on new product
• To ensure the Quality Management system and food safety system are effectively implemented and maintained
• Responsible for Food Safety System implementation (e.g HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, HALAL)
• To lead in the absence of R & D Assistant Manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Chemical and Bio-process or any related course for Food Research & Development.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing would be highly preferable.
• Willing to work in Tanjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang Johor area

Salary Range: Up to RM5k

Location: Tanjung Langsat, Johor
