Job description

To design and develop new product and processes.

To seek suitable raw materials and packaging materials for product development.

To work on material planning.

To arrange sample as per sales or customer request.

To conduct periodic product analysis, sensory evaluation, shelf-life test & optimization study when needed.

To update documents such as specification in accordance to food standard.

To arrange and conduct production trial run at factory.

To participate in creating, launching / implementing new products.

To participate in benchmarking and testing competitive produces to gain relevant information.

To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science/Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent

At least 1 or 2 years working experience in food industry.

Able to work independently, passion and creative towards product development

Able to communicate effectively and possess basic computer knowledge

Possess own transport, willing to travel when needed.

Fresh graduate also encouraged to apply.
