Job summary

Mimpi Perhentian Resort Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated restaurant supervisor to lead the Food & Beverage team on the island. You will supervise the F&B Captain and Assistant, oversee daily operations, and ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience.

You will also address customer concerns, conduct monthly inventory, and train staff while participating in meetings when the restaurant manager is unavailable. A proactive leader who thrives under pressure will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop a team.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle complaints professionally.

Job description

REQUIREMENTS:
