Job summary

You will supervise service crew and cashiers, prepare rosters, monitor sales, ensure quality customer experiences, and coordinate closely with the BOH team to deliver smooth service while upholding company standards and hygiene.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years in the Food & Beverage industry.
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or outlet leadership role.
• Proficient in FOH operations, service standards and cashiering.
• Familiar with POS systems, QR ordering and cashless payments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FOH team to deliver friendly, efficient service.
• Oversee daily FOH operations and shift execution.

• Prepare staff rosters and manage attendance.
