Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking a supply planning professional to ensure stock availability and balance service, cost, and working capital. You will collaborate with sourcing units, suppliers, procurement, and logistics to optimize inventory.

You will monitor plans, consolidate forecasts, place purchase orders across regions, and drive improvements in SKU management and stock levels in a fast-moving FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply planning within FMCG.
• Knowledge of SAP and Kinaxis required.
• Experience in inventory optimization and process improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with sourcing units to review supply plans vs. forecasts and orders.
• Consolidate supply plans and share with customer service teams.
• Prepare loss-tree analysis for non-supplied orders.
• Ensure products are available to meet customer demand and maintain service levels.
• Place purchase orders to sourcing units and suppliers across regions.
• Monitor days-on-hand and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage slow-moving and obsolete stock (SLOB) and take action.
• Oversee SKU phase-in/phase-out management.
• Prevent overstock to reduce storage costs and working capital.
