Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor (FMCG) based in Sibu, Sarawak. You will lead sales teams, implement sales strategies and drive revenue growth while upholding exceptional customer service.

You will supervise stores, monitor performance, train staff, build relationships with retailers and distributors, and coordinate with supply chain to ensure stock availability. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years FMCG experience, strong leadership, English and Malay fluency, valid driving

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Supervisor in FMCG.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluency in English and Malay; local dialects advantageous.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities
