Job summary

Ample Formula Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team. You will set targets, develop strategies, and manage customer relationships while monitoring market trends and reporting progress.

The role requires 2–3 years of sales experience, supervisory skills, and strong communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred, and a valid driving license is a must.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Must have driving License.
