Job summary

QL Ansan Poultry Farm Sdn Bhd (QLAPF) invites applications for a dynamic sales professional to manage routes and drive growth across MT, GT-Direct, Van Sales, and HORECA channels. You will promote QL Branded Eggs, launch new products, and expand market coverage while maintaining strong customer relationships and timely issue resolution.

Candidates should have 3+ years in sales (FMCG preferred), strong negotiation and communication skills, and be willing to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales or similar role, preferably in FMCG.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with good communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel extensively and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service assigned sales routes/areas to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Drive sales growth by increasing sales to existing customers and securing new customers.
• Strengthen customer retention and encourage repeat business through excellent customer relationship management.
• Promote and launch new products while increasing SKU penetration per outlet.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Expand sales coverage into new markets, territories, and channels.
• Execute local and HQ sales and marketing plans to achieve assigned KPIs.
• Generate new leads and expand customer base across MT, GT-Direct, Van Sales, and HORECA channels.
• Inform customers on product range, pricing, credit terms, delivery schedules, and product availability.
• Prepare and submit purchase orders while monitoring and managing Accounts Receivable to minimize credit risk exposure.
• Maintain and update customer databases and provide regular market feedback, competitor updates, and customer insights to Sales Manager.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations, efficient customer service, and timely issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
