Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to expedite orders, issue pro-forma invoices, review delivery plans across departments, track payments, and liaise with logistics on shipping schedules and documentation.

You will develop and review promotional plans within set budgets, evaluate quarterly and annual promotional performance, maintain regular communication with customers, initiate product enquiry forms with R&D, coordinate samples and artwork approvals, and

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing/Business related discipline.
Min 3 to 4 years of marketing experience in FMCG.
Preferably in food or confectionery industry.
Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skill.
Strong prioritizing skills, ability to multi-task and result driven.

Responsibilities

Expedite new customer orders, issue Pro-forma Invoices, review delivery plans across departments, track payments, and liaise with logistics on shipping schedules and documentation.
Develop and review promotional plans within set budgets, evaluate quarterly and annual promotional performance, and maintain regular communication with customers.
Initiate product enquiry forms with R&D, coordinate sample distribution and feedback, and follow up on customer artwork files and print proofs for final approval.
Maintain and update Customer Requirement Standards (CRS) master files, ensuring products strictly comply with importing countries' laws, regulations, and ingredient/labeling restrictions.
Submit monthly/quarterly/annual sales reports and trend analyses, compile customer order forecasts, resolve customer complaints (NCRs), conduct annual customer satisfaction surveys, and act as an internal auditor.
