Maica Laminates Sdn Bhd is seeking an Export Sales Manager to drive international sales strategies and manage overseas client relationships. The role requires willingness to travel extensively to engage customers and grow market share.

You will lead market expansion, coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams, and prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or export sales.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or equivalent.
• Experience in the building materials/laminates industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve targets in international markets.
• Respond promptly to export inquiries and secure repeat business with existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with export clients and ensure excellent service.
