Job summary

OZ Marketing Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to plan, monitor and execute day-to-day sales activities aimed at meeting objectives. You will manage orders, visits, inquiries and payments while building strong customer relationships.

Fluency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia will help service Chinese Medical Hall, pharmacies and baby shops. This role emphasizes field Merchandising and market feedback.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ O Level, or in any field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in FMCG or in trading company is preferable for this position.
• Knowledge in servicing Chinese Medical Hall/Independent Pharmacies/Baby Shops will be an advantage
• Required Language: Chinese (Main), English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and execute day to day sales activities to meet sales objectives.
• Receive orders, sales visits, attend enquiries and follow up on payments.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers via regular visits.
• Resolve customer complaints and investigate problems and find solutions.
• Ensure products are well merchandised at retail outlets.
• Provide market feedback of competitor activities and pricing.
• Carry out marketing and promotional activities with retail outlets to meet trade excellence.
• Open new outlets and attend sales enquiries.
